We Christina ... (The Queen of Swedish Empire) make to know that the Owner of this Letter and Noble Major Georg Johan's son Svinhufvud has thus inducted and ordered to seek those many escaped Soldiers who on stubbornness and aversion run away from Finland to other regions and stay escaped from the Service of the Crown. For that reason he has let to make and build a Fortress with needed buildings and strong jail. There he can keep runaways as prisoners in a good repository.
